Paul Adom-Otchere, former Board Chairman of the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL), has been detained by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) following his inability to meet bail conditions related to an ongoing investigation into a revenue assurance contract. Background of the Investigation The OSP is probing a revenue assurance contract between GACL and a private firm, EvaTex Logistics Limited.
