Tragedy Strikes as Six Dead in Kenya Plane Crash, Two Injured

A tragic plane crash has claimed the lives of six people and left two others seriously injured in Kenya. The incident occurred in a residential area near Nairobi, specifically in the Morendat Farm area on the northeastern side of Lake Naivasha.

The aircraft, a Cessna Citation XLS, operated by AMREF Flying Doctors, was reportedly on a medical mission to Somaliland when the crash happened. 

Onboard the aircraft were four individuals—two doctors and two nurses—all of whom sadly lost their lives. The plane also struck the ground in a populated area, resulting in the deaths of two civilians and injuries to two others who were on the ground at the time.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the crash, which remains unknown at this stage. Emergency response teams and aviation authorities are working to assess the damage and gather more details surrounding the incident.
